About
Rental Home Baseline creates a clear reference point for the condition of a rental home at move-in. Organize photos, videos, notes, dates, and observed conditions by room and item.
Select two records for the same room and item to compare their photos and notes side by side.
Use Korean or English and store records on your device without an account. This version has no advertising, analytics or server synchronization.

Share what you choose
Choose rooms to create PNG pages with one or two records per page, depending on the number of photos. Share original videos separately through Android.

How it works
Choose a room
Start with a studio layout, or adjust the layout and room counts in Home settings. The start button takes you to an unfinished room.
Add photos, videos and notes
Use Add to take a photo, record a video or select a photo. Attach up to six photos and videos combined per record, then add its condition and notes.
Compare two records
Choose two dates for the same room and item and review the records side by side.
Select and share
Choose rooms and share vertical PNG pages with one or two records per page. A record with four or more photos gets its own page. Original videos are not included in PNG summaries.
