INSPIRED LAB (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our company website or contact us, and how you can exercise your rights.
Article 1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the INSPIRED LAB company website and inquiries received through its contact and support channels. Individual products may have a separate policy covering their features and information handling.
For information stored by the Rental Home Baseline app, read its app privacy policy. This website does not currently offer accounts, newsletter subscriptions or payments.
Article 2. Inquiry channels
You can contact us through the website inquiry form or by email. In the form, select either company, partnerships and other inquiries or product help and issues. For privacy requests, select company, partnerships and other inquiries.
The form provides a collection and use notice and requires your consent before submission. Cloudflare processes the submitted information to perform security checks and deliver the inquiry to Zoho Mail. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam and abuse.
Inquiries received through the form or by email, and our replies, are managed in Zoho Mail. The retention periods and deletion procedures described in this policy apply to both channels.
Article 3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use inquiry information to understand your request, provide a response, resolve product issues and manage related follow-up. Information submitted through the form is processed with your consent under Article 15(1)(1) of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act.
Technical information is processed to deliver the website, prevent automated abuse and investigate service failures. Security processing based on legitimate interests is limited to what meets the requirements of Article 15(1)(6), including necessity, proportionality and protection of individual rights.
We do not use inquiry information for advertising or marketing. If we need to process information for a different purpose, we will establish the required legal grounds and obtain separate consent where necessary.
Article 4. Information, purposes and retention
| Category / collection point | Information | Purpose | Legal ground | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Inquiry · required / form submission | Name, reply email, inquiry type, subject and message | Receive, answer and follow up on inquiries | Consent · Korean PIPA Article 15(1)(1) | Up to 1 year after the inquiry is resolved, for related follow-up |
| Inquiry · optional / form submission | Product name | Identify the product concerned | Consent · Korean PIPA Article 15(1)(1) | Same as inquiry records |
| Inquiry administration / submission and correspondence | Language, generated request ID and email correspondence | Route inquiries and track responses | Inquiry processing consent; any other applicable ground is identified before processing | Same as inquiry records |
| Access and security / website access | IP address, access time, requested URL and method, browser/OS information, referrer, response status and security identifiers; IP-derived country or region where supplied by the hosting service | Website delivery, abuse prevention and troubleshooting | Necessary and proportionate website security under Korean PIPA Article 15(1)(6) | Workers operational logs: up to 3 days. Provider security data: for the security purpose and applicable legal obligations, as described below |
You can submit an inquiry without the optional product name. You may refuse consent to inquiry processing; this prevents form submission but does not prevent browsing public pages. If you contact us by email, we receive the sender address and information you include in that message.
Please do not include passwords, national identification numbers, sensitive information or information about others that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
Article 5. Retention periods
We retain personal information only for the period necessary for its purpose or as required by law. Inquiry records are kept for related follow-up for up to 1 year after resolution. Information that is no longer needed is destroyed without delay, even before that period ends.
| Category | Period |
|---|---|
| Inquiry and correspondence | Up to 1 year after the inquiry is resolved, for related follow-up |
| Cloudflare Workers operational logs | Up to 3 days |
| Zoho Mail recovery copies / Cloudflare security data | Zoho Mail: 30-day recovery window after deletion from Trash. Cloudflare: retained as needed for security and applicable legal obligations; removed or restricted from further use when no longer needed |
If another law requires preservation, we will identify the applicable ground, information and period and keep those records separately for that purpose. Additional retention for an actual dispute is limited to information supported by a lawful ground and a defined retention end point; inquiries are not retained indefinitely merely because a dispute might arise.
Article 6. Disclosure to third parties
We handle personal information within the purposes stated in this policy. We disclose it to an independent third party only with the required consent or where permitted or required by law. We do not sell inquiry information.
Where disclosure requires consent, we will explain the recipient, purpose, information, retention period and the right to refuse and its consequences. Requests by public authorities are assessed for legal authority and limited to the necessary information.
Article 7. Service providers
The website is configured to use the following providers to deliver the service and process inquiries. Providers acting on our behalf may handle information only within the scope necessary for the entrusted work. We require appropriate protection, restrictions on other uses and subcontracting, and oversight in accordance with applicable law.
| Provider | Function |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website delivery, request processing and security |
| Zoho Mail · Zoho Corporation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) | Inquiry email receipt, replies and storage in the US data center |
When Turnstile is used for our website security, Cloudflare acts as a processor. Cloudflare also describes independent processing of security signals to improve its bot detection. Details are available in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Inquiry text is not sent in the Turnstile verification request; it is processed separately for email delivery.
Article 8. International processing and transfers
We use overseas infrastructure for website delivery and inquiry correspondence. The following table describes the providers, information, purposes, timing, locations and retention. We apply the grounds and safeguards required by Korean PIPA Article 28-8; where separate consent is required, it is obtained separately from collection and use consent.
| Provider / contact | Information, purpose and timing | Location and retention |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. · Privacy contact | Access and security information is transmitted over the network when visiting the website for page delivery and protection against abuse. On form submission, the inquiry fields, language and request ID are also processed to validate and deliver the inquiry to Zoho Mail. | Global network processing; Cloudflare states that it primarily stores information in the US and EEA. Workers operational logs: up to 3 days. Other security processing lasts for its stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. Provider policy. |
| Zoho Corporation Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) · Zoho Mail · Privacy contact | Form fields, language, request ID and correspondence are delivered through the Mail API when a form is submitted. Direct email inquiries include the sender address, message and any attachments. These records are processed on receipt and reply for inquiry handling. | United States data center. Company inquiry records: up to 1 year after resolution, with earlier deletion when no longer needed. Mail deleted from Trash has a 30-day recovery window. Mail deletion policy. |
You may contact our privacy officer to ask about, object to or request suspension of overseas processing. A refusal may limit a service that cannot be provided without that processing. We explain available alternatives and respond under applicable law. We do not treat continued website use as blanket consent to transfers.
Article 9. Destruction of information
We identify information whose retention period has ended or purpose has been fulfilled, check whether lawful preservation is required, and destroy information no longer needed. Deletion covers applicable mailbox messages, attachments, forwarded and reply copies, downloaded files and trash.
Electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery or reproduction. Paper records, if any, are shredded or incinerated. Provider recovery copies and backups are removed according to the applicable service retention cycle; deleting a visible mailbox item does not necessarily erase all backup copies immediately.
Article 10. Security safeguards and incidents
We apply safeguards appropriate to the information and the risks involved, including the following:
- Restricting inquiry recipients, validating input and limiting repeated requests.
- Checking inquiry authenticity and limiting temporary storage of inquiry responses.
- Minimizing personal information in error records used for troubleshooting.
Personal information incidents are addressed through containment, harm reduction and the individual notifications and regulatory reports required by applicable law. Privacy incident reports may be sent to the contact below.
Article 11. Cookies and automatic collection
The website does not currently use advertising pixels or web analytics tools. Cloudflare security functions may process browser signals or set security cookies when activated. Turnstile can process security signals even without a cookie.
You can block or delete cookies and restrict third-party scripts through your browser privacy settings. Restricting security functions may prevent verification or inquiry submission. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop every security signal from being processed.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or personalization tools, we will explain their purposes, data and retention and obtain consent before they operate where required.
Article 12. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. A legal guardian or authorized representative may act on your behalf.
Send your request to the privacy contact below, stating the action requested and information that helps us locate your records, such as the email address used for an inquiry, the approximate inquiry date or the request ID. We may request the minimum additional information needed to verify your identity or authority to act. Do not send identification documents unsolicited.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot comply in full, we will explain the legal grounds, reasons and how to challenge the decision. Information subject to a correction or deletion request will not be used or disclosed until the request is resolved, except where permitted by law.
Withdrawal or deletion may prevent further responses to an inquiry. It does not prevent access to public website content. Records held only on your device and copies held by external recipients must be managed through the relevant device or recipient.
Article 13. Children’s information
The inquiry form does not provide a process to verify guardian consent for children under 14. A guardian should contact us using their own contact details where assistance is needed. Where guardian consent is required by applicable law, we obtain it before processing the child’s information. If we identify child information collected without valid consent, we stop the relevant processing and take appropriate steps, including deletion.
Article 14. Privacy contact
Contact us for privacy questions, complaints, requests concerning your rights or incident reports. Include “Privacy” in the subject and describe your request. We will review it and respond promptly; if additional time is necessary, we will explain the reason.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights to compensation, regulatory assistance or judicial remedies. The law applicable to a dispute determines jurisdiction and the available remedies, including any mandatory protections under the law of your place of residence.
Article 16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law or the way we operate our services changes. We will publish the revised policy, effective date and material changes on this page and retain access to previous versions. Changes that materially affect your rights will be notified in advance through the website or another appropriate channel.
Where applicable law requires separate notice or consent, we will complete that process before the relevant processing begins. Continued use of a service does not replace consent required by law.
